Summer Programs

 Summer Camp Registration Begins March 20th, 2018

  • Under the Big Top – Circus Camp June 11th-14th
  • A Camping We Will Go – Outdoors Camp June 18th-21st
  • A Fair to Remember – County Fair Camp June 25th-28th

Summer Day Camps are held Monday – Thursday 8:30 AM – 11:30AM.
Campers are a mixed age group of 3’s, 4’s and PreK 5’s.
Maximum group size 20/ Minimum group size 10.

PLEASE NOTE : You do not need to be registered in school year programs to participate in our Summer Day Camps.

In 2014, we began offering a half day summer camp for children ages 3, 4, and prekindergarten 5 years old. In 2017 we offered 3 weeks of Summer Camp in June.

2017-2018 Programs
Our Morning Program is designed for  3 -4 yrs. old  olds .Classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30 AM–11: 30 A.M. Your child must be 3yrs. old by September 1st, 2017 and potty trained to participate in this program. Our Morning Program is developed as a progression to the Afternoon Program.

Our  3 yr. olds can choose a Monday and Wednesday 8:30 AM–11:30 A.M schedule  to start the school year with an option to add Fridays beginning in January.

Our Afternoon Program is designed for children 4–5yrs old that plan on attend attending Kindergarten in 2018.  Classes are held Monday — Friday from 12:30–3:30 PM. Your child must be 4 yrs. old by September 1st, 2017 to participate in this program.

Our 4’s and 5’s can choose a Monday -Thursday 12:30-3:30PM schedule to start the school year with an option to add Fridays beginning in January.

Registrations are accepted throughout the school year for students that turn 3 years old after Sept. and for families looking for a delayed start because of toilet training.

Tuition 2017-2018

The LeSueur Nursery School is a not for profit, educational venture sponsored by a charitable organization, the David and Arthur Cosgrove Memorial Foundation. The foundation contributes the building and land plus 50% of the operating cost of the LeSueur Nursery School. Parents contribute tuition and participate in fundraising (either by selling a product or donating money). Fundraising monies are used for equipment replacement, new equipment, playground upkeep, field trip transportation costs, and publicity (website, newspaper ads, PR giveaways) for the school.

Tuition pays for all school supplies, healthy snacks, incidentals, parties and fundraising pays for field trips so there are no hidden costs. Healthy Snack Menu can be found on the Contact Page

Tuition is charged from September –May and families have options for a payment schedule that work best for your families’ budget. There is a $40.00 Registration Deposit at the time of registration to reserve your child’s space in our programs. The Registration Deposit will be credited to your September tuition.

Tuition Assistance

The Le Sueur Nursery School has a Tuition Assistance Program. The Tuition Assistance Program is supported with dollars from the Le Sueur Area United Fund and The Cosgrove Foundation. The programs uses Free and Reduced Meal guidelines or family need in determining eligibility.
