Meet the Teacher Conferences

The August Mailing sent out 8/4/17 includes a Conference Preference Form – Please complete and return form to set up an individual Meet the Teacher Conference. Conferences will be offered Wednesday September 6th and Thursday September 7th, 2017. **If you are unable to attend a conference on those dates please call or email to make alternative arrangements.
Parents are required to complete and turn in your students paperwork at your Meet the Teacher Conference including Enrollment Form, Emergency Card, Immunization Information and Health Summary. Your students file must be completed before our first day of school Monday September 11th, 2017.
